Our menu is seasonally inspired and matched with a carefully curated wine list. Under the direction of Executive Chef Markus Lee, ingredients are sourced by importing from the finest suppliers and freshly handpicking from local markets and producers. From our seasonal degustation course menu through to the à la carte menu, each dish is created for the bold, the adventurous and the experienced.
