Champagne registered as Premier Cru
Location: Ecueil, Villers-aux-Noeuds
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Wine: This wine is made with 85% of grapes coming from the first pressing we call "cuvee" and 15% of grapes coming from the second pressing we call "first cut"
Maturing process: the wine ages in stainless-steel vats on thin lees. Malolactic fermentation.
Dosage: 9g/L
Production: 20000 bottles
