(a deepsea fish, member of the cod family, it is considered one of the best whiting family due to its firm, sweet & medium fake white meat)

Live Muirgen Oysters 13th March 2016

(Airflown all the way from France, its considered sweet & flashier; pairs perfectly well with crisp & dry Champagne)

Australian Ribeye Steak 21st March 2016

(Due to porpular demand, we are bring back the Ribeye Steak for the seasonal menu. Highly marbled with large swath of fat which gives it a rich beef flavour)
